a life creative
When I first arrived in Italy in 2012, the most obvious path for me to make an income, once I’d finished my own language studies, was to teach English. I researched a few companies that offered both digital and in classroom lessons, and came across International TEFL and TESOL Training (ITTT).
I decided to study from home, as it meant the disruptions with moving house, setting up residency and general Italian day-to-day hoo-ha would not interrupt my study flow. I also wanted to save a little money on rent and travel.
I chose the 240 hour masters class. The ITTT tutors are great. They provided quick responses to all my questions and the results after each module I submitted were returned quickly and the feedback was clear. I felt fully supported even while I found myself in the middle of a wintery rural Tuscany with only a 3g dongle and 2 bars of WiFi.
So, 6 years after having graduating, and looking at diving back into TESOL/TEFL from April this year, I was approached to become an affiliate in the ITTT partnership program. I’ll give them a plug (with absolute pleasure, I’ll add) and, if you’re interested in learning with them, either in a classroom situation in lots of worldwide locations, or online, or combined online and classroom, you’ll get a great big discount of 25% off your course when you apply through the links and banners I provide. When you click, I get a little commission that either pays me (which is wonderful as I am a poor artist and I like eating) or earns me credits towards paying for my own further learning down the track with ITTT.
